Encountering a Run-Time Error


A run-time error is a situation where EquineMax has encountered a problem that it's not able to determine or resolve.

- Make sure you are using the most current EquineMax update. To check, click the Help button in EquineMax CS and choose Download Updates.

- If the error continues, send us an email and let us know the exact steps to replicate the problem as well as the exact error wording and error message number.

For example, we will need to know that you were changing information in an individual record and received runtime error message 47 "Invalid use of Null". Be sure to provide as much detail as possible, as we will need to replicate the error on our computer so that we can determine what caused the error and how to correct it
