Enter the ranch name and serial number shown on the receipt you received with your purchase by clicking the Settings button at the top of EquineMax ES and choosing Registration (Serial Number).
Also, be sure you have installed the correct version for your serial number (such as installing and working with EquineMax ES if your serial number is for the ES version).
