Orders placed online are processed and a serial number and receipt will be emailed to you immediately.

Orders placed by phone (within business hours) are processed immediately and a serial number and receipt will be emailed to you immediately.

Orders placed by fax (within business hours) are processed on the same business day. A serial number and receipt will be emailed to you immediately.

Orders placed by mail can take up to 7-10 business days to be received and processed.

The purchase email includes your serial number and a link to download the software or request a CD.

How does the trial version work if I decide to purchased?

The free trial version can be used for 30 days (starting with the installation date). There are already a few example horse records included, and you can add a few of your own. Your records can easily be transferred from the sample file into the purchased version if you would like.
