EquineMax Small Business Edition
Horse owners who offer services need an easy way to track basic invoicing. With the EquineMax Small Business edition, you can enter owner and horse charges, generate invoices and mark invoices as paid. In addition, a Sale Catalog Creator and Sale Pen feature provide additional marketing options for you and your clients.
Pricing:
- 25 Horse Limit: $195
- Unlimited horse records: $295
These prices are a one-time purchase. There are no maintenance or support fees. You can upgrade from the 10 horse limit to unlimited or from another EquineMax ES edition to a Small Business edition for just the difference in price.
This edition is for you if you just need the charge details for services - complete details are only available for medical treatments and training services in the Small Business edition. The Small Business edition does not have full accounting system features nor semen/embryo records.
Simple Charge Tracking
Enter charges for both horses and owners. For medical and training-related services, you can even record the expense you incurred and how much to charge the client all in the same record. Being able to quick-add new charge descriptions (including default charge amount) makes your record entry process easy and consistent.
Basic Invoice Generating
Generate invoices by individual client or as a group/batch. Choose and set a variety of options, such as tax codes, customer/invoices messages, billing percentages for multiple-owner horses and more. See invoices numbers with the individual charges so you'll know which ones have already been billed.
Sale Catalog Creator
Easily create professional handouts/flyers for your horses. Just choose the page layout, which horses to include, and you'll be ready to print, email or put on your website.
Sale Pen Grouping
Designate individual horses as a group for easier working and reporting. Choose multiple criteria for the horses, such as by age, type and sire. Set asking prices with the horses so the information will be easily accessible when someone asks for more information about horses you have for sale.
