6 month Upgrade Protection
Upgrades (brand new versions) are developed when there is a tremendous set of new features and enhancements to offer based on customer feedback and suggestions. These upgrades are optional and offered to customers of our previous versions for 1/2 of the retail price. You will always be able to convert your existing records into the new version. Everyone will be notified when a new upgrade is available.
To help ease concerns of the timing of a new version, we offer a 6-month upgrade protection policy. If you purchase the current version within 6 months of the release of a new version, you will receive the new version for no charge.
Updates (such as patches/fixes, etc) are provided for no charge for the current version. Updates can be downloaded from our website at any time or can be mailed on CD by request.
