Upgrade Protection Policy
No need to worry about when a new EquineMax version is available - we are committed to being fair to the horse owners that depend on EquineMax for their needs.
New versions of EquineMax are developed when there are features and enhancements, especially ones suggested by customers, that can be added to help EquineMax be an even better fit for horse owners. These upgrades are offered to current customers for 1/2 the retail price and are optional to purchase. Records in previous versions can easily be transferred into the new version. Be sure we have your current email address so you can stay informed of EquineMax news.
You have many more things to be concerned about than wondering when a new EquineMax version will be available. That's why we offer a 6-month upgrade protection policy.
If you purchase the current EquineMax version within 6 months of a new version release, you will receive the new version for no charge.
Be sure to request your free upgrade within 90 days of the new version release. After that, you can upgrade for the normal upgrade price.
Patches/fixes (called updates) to the current EquineMax version are provided for no charge, and can be downloaded from the website or requested on CD.
